Can I install the system myself?
YES!! Because there is no wiring, installation consists of simply installing the SG III and wireless devices with screws. We will even pre-program the system to your specifications before shipping from the factory.

How long do the batteries last on the accessories? The batteries will perform up to 20,000 openings and closings before needing replacement. The best news is this: The SG III will verbally communicate to you and notify of a low battery status.

If I decide to buy just a SG III now, can I add wireless devices later?
Yes. It is a very simple programming process that takes only a few minutes.

How long is the warranty?
We warranty the electronics for one year from the date of purchase. The SG III is ISO 9001 certified, demonstrating it's unparalleled quality and reliability.

What about false alarms?
The wireless door switches must have the door opened to cause an alarm condition. Unlike a car alarm that is installed on an RV, there are no vibration sensors to false alarm. Also, there is no wiring or pin switches to break.

What is the current draw?
This is the best part- less than .05 milliamp!! Even better- the SG III is self-contained,which means you don't have to wire the system to your coach.

Yes, the SGIII was originally designed for homes, apartments, and condo's.

What is Voice Interaction?
The SG III will verbally enunciate when you arm and disarm the system. Other verbal enunciation include but not limited to Low Battery Status, Warning of Specific Alarm Events, and Tamper Switch and much, much more!

What is the DSP Return Policy?

Product must be returned within 30 days in like new condition and in the original undamaged packaging.   Prior to shipping product back, the customer must call DSP to obtain a return authorization number.  Packages without an RA number will not be accepted.  Due to the electronic nature of the items, there will be a 10% restocking fee.  If product is returned used, damaged or not in resale condition, we reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee or return the product to the customer.
